Kathy DeBoer recently retired as executive director of the American Volleyball Coaches Association. A standout volleyball and basketball player at Michigan State University, and a Hall of Fame volleyball coach at the University of Kentucky, DeBoer has been a relentless advocate for the women’s sports.
