Anna Lembke is a professor of psychiatry at Stanford University School of Medicine and chief of the Stanford Addiction Medicine Dual Diagnosis Clinic. Her books include “Dopamine Nation: Finding Balance in the Age of Indulgence” (Dutton 2021).
